We are looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Position Requirements :
*Graduate Degree or Higher Qualification preferably in BS/MS
*At least 5 years of working knowledge of Pest Management/Control or any other similar related service industry
*Must possess UAE driving license.
*Good Communication Skills in English & Arabic (read, speak & write)
*Arab or Lebanon nationals are preferred.

*Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
*Strong business sense and industry expertise
*Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
